  It was a friends birthday and we decided to take a Bioluminescence Kayak tour. We went with A1A because it was the best price and the tour was 2 hours. Everything else we found was 90 minutes. Also we liked that the owner was from the area and it was an established business. We had some friends do a tour with another company and they launched off the side of the road and was very unprofessional. We met the guides at Banana River Park and everything was ready for us. The kayak tour was amazing. We have never done it before and the water glowing was really cool. We live in Orlando, so we will start making this a yearly event. I have already recommended A1A to my friends who love kayaking. Thanks again!

  It is not very often that something exceeds my expectations in a big way, but the Sunward Tour of Kennedy Space Center surely did! Our tour guide,Karen, was absolutely amazing! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but also very passionate about giving this tour which is indeed rare today! She gave us great insight and knowledge, and conveyed a love and pride in NASA and our space program. KSC was also amazing and extremely well done. The center video presentations were fabulous, and it brought tears to my eyes to see the actual shuttle used in the missions. Do NOT miss a visit to the Kennedy Space Center and book your tour with Sunward for a great experience!

  Rented with them for 2 years without a late payment. They are nearly impossible to contact for any type of maintenance issue. If they do send someone out they won't even let you know they acknowledged your request. My neighbor also rents from them and has the same issue. After my first renew of the lease I was repeated told by the office clerk that I must pay the new higher rate for the last month of original contract. After endless emails I refused to talk to her and forwarded the emails to everyone listed in their office. Someone finally set her straight but a big waste of my time for misguided arrogance. Office staff seems to turn over regularly, and rightfully so.... Once I moved out I gave proper notice and had the place cleaned by a professional, carpet included( part of the lease). Deposit was refunded minus $25 for photos and $120 for carpet, no explanation at all. So I will be more than happy to battle with them one last time.

  If you want to see cocoa beach in a new way you should check out Cocoa Beach Parasail. The views are to die for!!!! The adventure is thrilling, beautiful, and peaceful all at the same time! It’s amazing to see the sea life from above. Believe it or not it is incredibly quiet and peaceful while your up there. The staff is so nice and helpful and make it an experience you will never forget! Don’t forget to add the photo package so you can take th memeories home to share!
